I am totally not technically minded ,I had initially a problem with our wifi printer but my husband was also having major connection issues with his computer.Julian arrived within a few hours of being contacted,after some in depth searching for the problem we concluded I actually needed to purchase a new printer, he kindly returned and installed this for me so I was up & running again,he also ordered some power adapters like he personally uses,installed them and suggested we trial them to see if there was significant improvement with connection before we purchased.If not he was happy for us to return them to him.
What more could we ask.100% happy Thank you Julian.
